Faith sharing resources: request for help

At the St Edmundsbury & Ipswich diocesan evangelism group the other night I was asked to find out what resources there are around to equip Christians to share their faith.  One of the group talked about ‘Contagious Christians’  as an example - but we want to have a wide ranging tool kit. Does anyone in the network have a resource list?
