Annie's new role

Rachel didn't quite get Annie's new role description right so here it is in Annie's own words and it sounds fantastic:

"Can I just clarify that I am not going to be a chaplain at Lee Abbey

Devon but Missioner to the whole movement. It's a new job. I will be

working with all four communities helping them engage with FX/New

monasticism/emerging community type things and one of my main roles is

to explore how to multiply their Small Mission Communities (at the

moment in Bristol and Birmingham)."
