I wish to commend to fellow missioners my Chichester predecessor John Twisleton’s new book Meet Jesus – a call to adventure which contains group study material and is published next month by Bible Reading Fellowship.
Many Christians know that the person of Jesus should be centre stage, a life changing influence at all levels of activity. But turning ‘knowing’ into ‘doing’ remains a challenge for us as Church leaders to instil into our congregations.
Drawing on his own faith journey and pastoral experience, John provides real-life practical grounding and clear, realistic advice to help move Christians forward.
