, General Secretary of the Methodist Church, faces the daily issues involved in keeping a traditional denomination relevant in the midst of a rapidly changing society. He is a regular international conference speaker, visiting places as diverse as Malaysia, Australia, the USA and even Scotland. His theological reflections on issues such as making disciples, the shape of the church to come and preaching in a contemporary culture have appeared in many books and periodicals.

Graham-Cray-cropBishop Graham Cray has been central to the Anglican Church exploring new forms ofchurch and has recently taken up leadership of the Fresh Expressions (FE) team. The FE website defines a Fresh Expression as "a form of church for our changing culture, established primarily for the benefit of people who are not yet members of any church." More than 700 projects are registered with FE, including ones focused on youth, children, cells, seekers, alternative worship and community initiatives.

pastoragucropPastor Agu Irukwu is Senior Pastor of Jesus House, one of the largest African-led Pentecostal churches in Britain. Jesus House has grown from 200 families in 1994 to 1600 families in 2009. Jesus House is part of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), one of the fastest growing church groups in the UK. They may have only arrived from Nigeria in 1989, but there are already more than 200 RCCG congregations with at least 30,000 members. 

Billy_print06Billy Kennedy is the leader of New Community Church Southampton and Chair of the 24-7 international prayer movement. He and his wife Caroline have three children and have lived in Southampton for many years. Billy enjoys working closely with local church leaders in Southampton to see the city reached with the love of Christ in a practical and holistic way. Billy and Caroline have recently taken over leadership of the Pioneer network nationally and are working together in steering them through this stage of their journey.
